TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for registering for the Puppy Foundation Course. You will receive a confirmation of your space with all the details once we have received your registration including payment.
Please make sure that you register for the most suitable location/venue as a transfer to a different course at another venue after confirmation of your registration is not possible!
Refunds (payment and admin charge deducted) can only be give if the course has been cancelled at least 7 days before the starting date. Course fees are not refundable once a course has started, if you cannot or do not want to attend any (further) classes.
We reserve the right to exclude a dog from the course at any point without refund if our trainers deem your dog to be a safety risk to other owners, the trainers or the other dogs in the class.
The data and information we receive from you on this form is strictly only used for the purpose of the course you have registered for and is never passed on to third parties.
